About the Role:

As a virtual tutor or teacher, you'll play a key role in helping students achieve their academic goals. Your sessions will be student-driven, with a focus on making learning engaging, interactive, and tailored to individual needs.

Requirements:

Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree.

Experience: Prior tutoring or teaching experience required. Experience working with small groups of students is highly preferred.

Background Checks: The following clearances are mandatory:

Department of Human Services Child Abuse History Clearance

Pennsylvania State Police Criminal Records Check

Federal Criminal History Record Information (CHRI)

Act 168 Sexual Misconduct/Abuse Disclosure Form

Interactive Teaching Style: Ability to create a fun and engaging learning environment, adapting to students' questions and needs.

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using virtual learning platforms for instruction.

Compliance: Willingness to pass a background check if required.
