seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team on a temporary basis. In this role, you will support our recruitment efforts by assisting with sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for potential candidates. Your organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks will ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our recruitment processes.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements.
Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., job boards, LinkedIn) and networking.
Screen resumes and applications, and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates and hiring teams.
Maintain candidate databases and ensure all recruitment activities are well-documented.
Assist with the preparation of job descriptions and job postings.
Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.
