Our client, a well established organization, in business sine 1939, is seeking a highly motivated, team player to focus on the following duties:

--System Administration duties.

--Opportunity to transition into management role.

--The client is offering a hybrid work arrangement,

--This is a Temp to Hire opportunity.

--The right candidate candidate will reside in the Boston metro area.

-Office 365, and Azure Cloud Compute and Storage Management.

--Data Analysis, scripting, and automation.

--Enterprise Applications Administration and Monitoring.

--Active Directory and Identity Management Administration.

--Monitor system, server and network alerts: resolve issues.

--Manage backups and restores on premise and in Azure Cloud.

--Monitor and test data replication./synchronization and disaster recovery systems, including Zerto and Veeam.

--Manage asset tracking for responsible offices.

----Ensure that rights management and security comply with company policy.

----Work closely with other regional IT support teams.to maintain company infrastructure.

--Work closely with the IT Engineering team on Cloud, infrastructure, application security and compliance projects.

--Document systems and procedures.

--Provide 2nd level desktop support at times for desktops and laptops, includes contact with user community, and requires strong customer service skills.

--Supervisory experience is helpful.

Be on call for after hours emergency support, estimated to be 4 weeks per year.

--Requires 50% travel within the US and Canada.

--Very visible.

Required Experience:

--The right candidate with 3 years of IT experience as an IT Senior, supporting a Systems Administrator, supporting a hybrid cloud environment, including Windows, Azure, and O365.

--Opportunity to transition into Operations Manager role, for the right candidate.

--A Bachelor's Degree is a plus..

--You should have solid experience with VM/Ware, which is a key part of the company infrastructure.

--Strong knowledge of Enterprise Applications, such as imanage Work, Office 365 Email, Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint.

--Strong experience with servers in a physical, virtual and cloud environment, including, migrating work loads.

--Strong automation, PowerShell scripting and other orchestration technologies.

--Complex data analysis skills using tools such as PowerBl.

--Good understanding and experience working with major compliance standardssuch as HIPAAor SOC2 is helpful.

---Strong knowledge of Windows Server2012, 2016, 2019 administration.

--Windows Server AD, DNS, DHCP, network basics, and Windows 10 troubleshooting and administration skills.

--Strong experience with endpoint computing, including PC's, Citrix, XenAPP and VDI.

--Experience with O365 Security and Compliance tools.

--An Azure Certification would be a plus.
