As the Senior Product Manager – Data & Insights, Global Delivery, you will be part of the Global Delivery team, reporting to the Director, Global Delivery, where you will lead the go-to-market strategies for our Solutions and Services focused on data and insights. You will be an expert and the go-to person for our organization and leadership on the Solutions and Services that will result in the global adoption of our Autodesk platform. Responsibilities Release successful Data & Insights Solutions and Services by developing the vision, strategy, and roadmaps to take them to market on a multi-year timeline, considering technical delivery, go-to-market tactics, and business measures. Manage the full lifecycle of our Data & Insights Solutions and Services to deliver value of customer experiences. Gather feedback and build on your understanding of customers and market requirements to increase growth today and identify new opportunities to return scalable customer growth in the future. Have and maintain an understanding of how the Autodesk platform is adopted in large organizations and how to improve adoption using automation, analytics, and generative AI. Ensure our Data & Insights Solutions and Services are integrated into Autodesk's overall platform, offerings, solutions, and product portfolio and roadmaps. Set and measure success criteria for our Data & Insights Solutions and Services. Lead the communication with Autodesk teams, Partners, and Customers to coordinate the development and release of our Data & Insights Solutions and Services, keeping them informed of changes in priorities and our progress towards fulfillment of requirements. Travel up to 10% of the time, including international travel. Minimum Qualifications 10 years of product management experience. 5 years working in or with companies in the AECO industry. 3+ years of experience developing a multi-year product or service offering strategy and roadmap, gaining support from executive leadership, and rallying a team to accomplish it. A computer science or similar technical bachelor's degree. Deep technical understanding of the AECO industry and how Autodesk's platform can meet customer processes and enterprise requirements. A focus on understanding our AECO customers and the variety of problems they face, using prioritization techniques to evaluate trade-offs and set direction for our Data & Insights Solutions and Services. Influence with and without direct authority over the work of others in matrixed environments on complex global projects. Experience inspiring and mobilizing teams towards a common vision. Experience building relationships and influencing at multiple levels of an organization. Experience building a compelling business case for new opportunities. Salary transparency Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $134,800 and $218,020. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
