Project Architect / Project Manager

Our client is looking for a Project Architect/Project Manager to join their dynamic team and take ownership of diverse projects from concept to completion.

What You’ll Do

• Design with Purpose: Lead the development of innovative design concepts, ensuring zoning compliance, code reviews, and due diligence at every stage.
• Own the Process: Manage all phases of a project, from schematic design through construction administration (SD, DD, CD & CA), ensuring exceptional quality and technical execution.
• Collaborate & Inspire: Work closely with firm Principals to refine conceptual designs, ensuring they are both visionary and buildable. Guide project teams in bringing ideas to life.
• Lead Project Management: Take charge of project schedules, budgets, and fees while maintaining the office standards for excellence.
• Create Impactful Presentations: Oversee the development of compelling design presentations, including finish boards, perspective sketches, and rendered drawings.
• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their programmatic and budget needs are met while delivering outstanding results.
• Technical Mastery: Conduct detailed coordination reviews with MEP, structural, and civil consultants, ensuring seamless integration of all project components.
• Documentation Excellence: Oversee and produce high-quality construction documents and specifications
• Regulatory Navigation: Engage with planning boards and government agencies to facilitate approvals and ensure compliance with all regulations.
• Innovation & Mentorship: Develop and share knowledge of emerging materials and construction techniques while mentoring junior staff and reviewing their work.
