*Hybrid, 2x per week onsite. Must be local to Waltham, MA, Kennesaw, GA, Chicago, IL, Indianapolis, IN, Hagerstown, MD, Philadelphia, PA, or Madison, WI*

This is an exciting opportunity to join a healthcare information technology business in the role of Business Transformation Architect. You will work closely with cross-functional business partners to define business needs and produce solutions in support of transformation initiatives. You must understand and document current state processes, work with business partners to redesign those processes, and ultimately translate them to end-state targets. You will also play an active role as an internal change agent ensuring adoption of new processes and systems throughout the organization.

Rate: $85-$90/hr W2

Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholders and teams in developing and implementing technology solutions aligned with company goals
• Use Lead to Revenue expertise for business analysis, process redesign, and solution design with domain experts
• Identify and communicate business challenges for solution design and implementation
• Optimize and implement business processes, information flows, and rules
• Leverage technology to improve business operations
• Manage expectations and engage technical teams to achieve results
• Facilitate project intake and prioritize backlogs with Product Owners for implementation
• Collaborate with scrum teams on system solutions, supporting development and testing
• Apply Change Management to drive solution adoption and communicate impacts
• Track solution performance to ensure outcomes
• Provide system support and training as needed

Experience Requirements

• Expertise in Lead to Revenue processes, especially in Healthcare or Health IT
• 7+ years working on business transformation initiatives
• Skilled in business process redesign and workflow tools (Visio preferred)
• Strong communication skills with both non-technical and technical teams
• Ability to influence teams without formal authority
• Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts
• Excellent in meeting management and presentations
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred
• Experience with Salesforce CRM (required) and Salesforce CPQ (preferred)
• Familiarity with Change Management (Prosci ADKAR) and Agile/SDLC

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT or related
