The ideal candidate for this full-time position will have previous experience completing directed tasks within a manufacturing environment, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows, often acting as a point of contact with multiple departments and a strong ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines.

Skills and Qualifications:

• EstiTrack MRP system utilization for production data, reports, work orders and inventory
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant softwares
• Accuracy in data entry, record keeping and other administrative tasks
• Understanding of production processes and the ability to apply this knowledge in a production support role
• Ability to work effectively with other associates and departments to achieve positive goals in identifying and resolving issues that arise
• Capability to adjust to changing priorities, multitasking, and excellent written and verbal communication skills within and outside the Company.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales order creation and data entry
• Quote creation and data entry
• "Build" product materials, operations and customer specifications
• Shop order creation and entry
• Data entry of raw material receipts
• Assist Production Manager in planning and performing production related activities
• Work with Manager in budget analysis and preparation
