Develop and implement litigation strategies in coordination with senior attorneys. Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies. Experience with Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) and International Trade Commission (ITC) proceedings is a plus. Strong organizational and writing skills. Excellent academic credentials with a law degree from an accredited institution. A proactive approach with a desire to excel in a dynamic law firm environment. Education: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications: Admission to the State Bar of California.
