**Hiring A&P Mechanics:**
**Job Description:**
+ A&P Mechanic working on CRJ 700 & 900's.
+ Heavy maintenance (C and D checks) on various CRJ's and ERJ's and interior mod's on CRJ 700 to take them from 70 seats to 50 seats by decreasing economy class and expanding first and business class.
+ Performing modifications as needed to aircraft while they are in the hangar for heavy checks
**Pay:**
+ $30/hr-$40/hr
**Shift:**
+ Shift flexibility required, 4x10's or 3x12's
**Work Environment:**
+ Work will be conducted in a non-climate controlled hangar or line maintenance as needed
+ Overtime is voluntary and unlimited
+ All blueprints and drawings are provided on a tablet, and mechanics should be proficient in using digital devices for this purpose.
**Placement Type:**
+ Contract - 6+ Mo, with ability to extend or go direct
