As the Insurance Product Manager you will provide support for our product management leaders with achieving profit and growth targets for a line of business and / or product(s). You will analyze and present part of standard data and facts to support recommendations on potential initiatives, interacting with other departments in and out of Answer's product team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate intra-departmental project and program execution to ensure development and implementation of products.
  • Participate in and coordinate efforts across the organization to facilitate the implementation of initiatives.
  • Contribute to the achievement of short- and long-term strategies to achieve corporate financial targets on a countrywide basis.
  • Provide support for countrywide process changes.
  • Measure and communicate results; make recommendations to leaders on redirection opportunities.
  • Support analyses (e.g. competitor, product, market, risk management, financial) to understand the underlying health of the product.
  • Participate on teams to gather relevant facts in support of product strategies to ensure the integration and execution of product, pricing and risk management for countrywide usage.
  • Conduct on-going and/or post-implementation measures to assure proper execution of processes and practices that support the product.

  • Strong communication skills combined with the ability to influence others.
  • Collaborate across boundaries to implement decisions and / or initiatives in an integrated manner.

Education/Experience

  • 2 or more years of related experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferred
  • Active P&C License, preferred

The compensation range for the role has a starting annual salary of $60,000 to $70,000, based on experience and qualifications. The candidate offered this position is required to submit to a background investigation.
