Front Line Specialist :

About the Role: As a
Front-Line Specialist , youll be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Your role is essential in ensuring each customer has a positive and seamless experience at Midas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and professionally, making them feel valued and welcome.
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the front desk efficiently.
- Listen to customer concerns and clearly communicate recommended services.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized customer waiting area.
- Collaborate with service advisors and technicians to ensure smooth workflow.
- Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles and address any questions or concerns.
- Uphold Midas commitment to exceptional customer service at all times.
What Were Looking For:
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with scheduling software are a plus.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow with our team.
