Job Description

Northwestern Mutual Financial District is looking for highly successful individuals to join our team of financial sales professionals in our Financial District location . How do you get paid?

This is a commission-based career with some startup capital provided in the first year to help you get started. Individuals who tend to thrive in this role are those seeking uncapped earning potential, autonomy and independence and a role that rewards them for the work they put in. To give you an idea, our financial professionals in the first year of the business earn on average about $90-110k with the OTE over $150k. Those 5+ years in the business are earn over $600k.

What is the catch? The first years can be tough as you’re learning the business. But the trade-off is that you get to define what success looks like.

Don't have a background in Finance? That is ok! 83% of our advisors have no prior finance background! We provide in-depth, nationally ranked training and support and partner you with industry experts until you are ready to do it on your own.

We are looking for individuals with a history of success in their career, college athletics or have a military background. Those that tend to thrive in this career have previous sales or business development experience, strong interpersonal skills, grit, motivation and are extremely goal oriented.
