Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Part time Digital Marketing Manager to oversee the execution of marketing campaigns and manage content strategy across digital channels. This role will focus on ensuring seamless content distribution, optimizing marketing performance, and tracking key metrics. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support marketing initiatives, manage project timelines, and deliver insights that help us reach our business goals. The ideal candidate is someone with a strong background in marketing operations, project management, and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Campaign Strategy & Execution
    • Work with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns aligned with business goals.
    • Manage content distribution across digital channels, ensuring campaigns are executed on time and within budget.
    • Coordinate and track all marketing deliverables, ensuring all materials meet deadlines and quality standards.
  2. Project Management & Team Coordination
    • Use project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com) to track campaign tasks, monitor deadlines, and ensure all team members are aligned.
    • Identify and resolve roadblocks, keeping projects moving smoothly and ensuring effective communication across teams.
  3. Marketing Automation & Lead Management
    • Manage and optimize marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce/Pardot, HubSpot) to distribute campaigns and track lead performance.
    • Monitor and input marketing-influenced opportunities in CRM, ensuring leads are directed to the appropriate teams and effectively moved through the pipeline.
    • Work closely with the sales team to ensure lead quality and alignment with sales goals.
  4. SEO & Digital Optimization
    • Ensure that content is optimized for SEO to improve search visibility and drive organic traffic.
    • Support continuous quality assurance for our website and digital presence, ensuring that all content and digital assets are up-to-date and consistent.

  5. Reporting & Data Analysis
    • Regularly analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, including email open rates, click-through rates, and website traffic.
    • Prepare and deliver monthly reports on marketing KPIs, providing actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
    • Clean and maintain marketing lists and other data in marketing automation systems to ensure accurate reporting and optimize performance
  6. Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Collaborate with other teams (sales, product, content) to ensure alignment across marketing initiatives and content distribution.
    • Provide support to various departments with marketing-related tasks and ensure that campaign materials are consistent with brand guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3-5 years in a marketing operations, digital marketing, or relevant role with experience in campaign execution, email and social media marketing, and data analysis.
  • Skills: Strong experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, Hootsuite). Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Monday).
  • SEO Knowledge: Familiarity with SEO best practices to ensure content is optimized for search engines.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to analyze marketing data and provide actionable insights for campaign improvement. Experience in Google Analytics or similar analytics tools is a plus.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and project coordination
  • Communication: Clear and concise communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
