As a representative of our Christian school, you will provide exceptional service to our families, students, and community. About Us: Columbus Christian Academy is a Covenant Christian School dedicated to providing a Christ-centered education to students from Pre-K to 12th Grade. We partner with families and local churches to nurture the minds and souls of our students. Job Summary: We're looking for a talented individual to provide top-notch customer service via phone, email, and other channels. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional service, excellent communication skills, and a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions
• Offer product and service information to customers
• Address technical issues and provide assistance
• Collaborate with staff to achieve ministry goals
• Attend weekly staff meetings and participate in "all-church" events

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of customer service experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Proficient with computers, CRM systems, and customer service software
