Job Description

Our client, a dynamic law firm, is seeking a paralegal to support its Corporate Group.

Key Responsibilities

• Support attorneys and clients by managing and processing annual reports and other corporate filings for all entity types and across various jurisdictions
• Coordinate filings and communicate effectively with attorneys, clients, and third parties throughout the course of a matter
• Review and draft governance documents across a range of entity types
• Organize and maintain corporate and entity records
• Use firm tools and systems to effectively track and manage matters
• Work occasional overtime as needed to meet deadlines

Key Skills

• Proficiency in drafting annual reports, amendments, and corporate filings for various entity types across multiple states
• Experience preparing and organizing legal documents and filings
• iManage and/or HotDocs preferred
• Adobe Acrobat preferred

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate
• Experience with annual reports
• 1–3 years of relevant corporate paralegal experience
