Job Description

Our client, a leading player in the logistics industry, is seeking a Warehouse Associate I to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the Distribution Center supporting the operations team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate 

Location: Nampa, ID

Pay Range: $20.00 per hour

Shift: Days (08:00-5:00pm)

What's the Job?

• Prioritize and pick product to fill orders and stage products for loading.
• Load and unload delivery trucks, requiring frequent physical moving and lifting of products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial vehicles (forklifts, pallet jacks, order pickers, etc.) safely and maintain an operator license, if required.
• Assist in verifying all incoming and outgoing products for accuracy and inform management of inventory shortages.
• Compile and submit regular reports on damaged or outdated stock and assist in periodic inventory counts.

• No prior experience required; we welcome those eager to learn!
• Ability to lift and move heavy products (up to 50 pounds).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Willingness to operate powered industrial vehicles safely.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
