Dragonfly Homes by Mindy Willert, LLC, a prominent Arizona Mobile Home and Manufactured Home Dealer/Agency, is excited to welcome a proactive and organized Virtual Assistant to our growing team. At Dragonfly Homes, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional service in the sale and representation of Mobile and Manufactured homes within 55+ communities. As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team with administrative tasks, managing schedules, handling communications, and maintaining project documentation. This role is vital to ensuring smooth operations, allowing our team to focus on providing the best possible service to our clients. Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and correspondence to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Assist with document preparation, data entry, and online research tasks.
  • Coordinate communications between clients and team members, ensuring timely responses.
  • Maintain project management tools and documentation to track progress and deadlines.
  • Support marketing activities by managing social media accounts and creating content.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed to contribute to team success.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online collaboration tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills to work collaboratively with team members and clients.
  • Comfortable working independently and remotely, maintaining a high level of productivity.
  • Experience with social media management and basic marketing principles is a plus.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana) is an advantage.
