Job Details:
Pay: $ 1960 per week
Duration: 13 weeks
Positions Open: 1
Shift: Day
40 hours weekly guarantee
EPIC
On Call/Weekend requirements: Weekend rotation every other weekend
Average miles per day/week: 50-60 miles/day
Requirements:
Active Unrestricted CA License
Required 1 year in the last 3 years In-Field Home Health Experienced RN; OASIS Experience
Active BLS certification - required
Valid Driver's License
Must be able to provide at least 1 supervisory references
