salary: $52,000 - $70,000 per year

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities
Develop on-the-job training checklists and training content for the various computer
applications, along with subject matter experts for the assembly-support processes and operations.
Coordinate and deliver training programs to team members.
Develop, coordinate and/or deliver Quality
procedures training, including MRR's, etc.
Assist with developing, coordinating and delivering Lean Manufacturing Principles training to
team members.
Create course materials that will achieve the desired learning outcomes.
Provide training schedules, coordinate enrollments and record attendance.
The essential functions of this role include:
- standing for 5 hours at one time
- working up to 2 hrs of overtime per week
