Job Description

DI is looking for a Training Specialist in Quantico, Virginia. This is an onsite position.

Job Responsibilities:

• Shall provide mock training sessions to the CODIS domestic and international communities
• Instructor Led Training for Annual National CODIS Conference
• Instructor Led Training for New Domestic and International Laboratory Installation
• Additional Training/Presentations
  • CODIS software training for domestic and international laboratories
  • IT/Security training
  • Presentation or training at the International CODIS Conference
  • Provide draft live presentations and supporting materials
  • Provide operations and maintenance support of the existing CODIS Learning Management System (LMS)

Required Skills/Experience:

• Minimum of (3) years as a training developer for software application(s)-type training materials.
• Background in learning/instructional design and trends.
• Communication and Writing skills in fluent English.
• Ability to plan, develop, and implement training for domestic and international CODIS partners.
• Ability to provide instruction to domestic and international CODIS partners with varying levels of knowledge and experience with the CODIS software; instruction will be given in English.
• Preferred experience in teaching or instructing in an adult education program, secondary school, college, military installation, or industrial establishment.
• At least secret level security clearance
