Role Purpose Statement

To efficiently manage and coordinate administrative and planning functions within the Tower, ensuring the smooth execution of daily operations. This role serves as a critical link between airline partners and internal teams, delivering accurate, real-time information to support on-time performance and uphold exceptional service standards.

Main Accountabilities

  • Review and monitor dispatch sheets and daily schedules to catch any new or updated routings.

  • Serve as the go-to liaison between LSG Sky Chefs and our valued airline customers.

  • Input and manage critical flight details, including gate and ship numbers.

  • Stay on top of gate changes, cancellations, and routing updates—and ensure our drivers are in the know.

  • Build strong working relationships with our customers through clear, professional communication.

  • Collaborate with Ramp personnel to resolve catering challenges efficiently.

  • Keep internal teams and leadership informed by sharing timely updates and reports.

  • Generate essential reports for our airline partners.

  • Manage airline equipment inventory and assist with supply ordering.

  • Complete customs paperwork with precision and accuracy.

  • Operate airline systems such as ACE and other flight information platforms.

  • Support the team with a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.

  • Take on additional duties as needed to support overall operations.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: You’re confident reading, writing, and speaking English, and you know how to keep things clear and professional—especially over the phone and radio.

  • Tech-Savvy & Eager to Learn: Basic computer skills are a must, along with a willingness to learn Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other company-specific software.

  • People Skills: You’re courteous, respectful, and bring a customer-first mindset to every interaction.

  • Calm Under Pressure: Whether you're handling a gate change or juggling multiple calls, you stay composed and focused.

  • Team-Oriented: You enjoy working collaboratively and thrive in a supportive, team-spirited environment.

  • Flexible Schedule: We’re a 24/7/365 operation, so you must be available for a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays. Flexibility is key!

  • Attention to Detail: You can easily read dispatch sheets and quickly identify routing changes, gate assignments, and ship numbers.

  • Multi-Tasking Master: Comfortable handling multiple calls, radio communications, and fast-changing priorities.

  • Comfortable in Challenging Conditions: You’re prepared to work in environments with varying temperatures and time pressures.

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.

  • Clearance Requirements: Must be able to obtain an AOA badge and customs clearance sticker.

  • Adaptability: Open to schedule changes due to shift bidding or operational needs.
