Akkodis is looking for a Technical Project Manager for a contract job in Kennesaw, GA(Hybrid - 3 days in the office). The ideal candidate will have experience with JIRA, ALM, and MS Project, and must possess strong soft skills, able to lead teams effectively.

Rate Range : $55/hr to $62/hr; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Duration : 18 months

Technical Project Manager responsibilities include :

• Managing multiple projects or a single major project in the Enterprise Payments Tech division.

• Overseeing end-to-end technology for programs and projects, ensuring all technical implementations, upgrades, and conversions are delivered on time.

• Partnering with Program and Project Managers, SMEs, and stakeholders to develop business requirements and estimates for technology solutions.

• Ensuring alignment of execution with deliverable requirements and overseeing status updates for stakeholders.

• Managing project dependencies, risks, and impediments to ensure smooth delivery across teams.

• Supporting resource planning, managing timelines, and ensuring compliance with Enterprise Change Management standards.

Required Skills :

• JIRA expertise is mandatory.

• Experience with ALM and MS Project (basic task tracking, WBS updates).

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating cross-functional teams.

• Experience in payments or financial services space (preferred).

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Sharepoint.

Preferred Skills :

• Knowledge of Merchant Services and financial services.

• Experience with large-scale projects with significant business impact.

• Strong soft skills to manage client relationships and communicate across all levels of the organization.

Pay Details: $55.00 to $62.00 per hour
