About the Position:
We are an online tutoring platform that connects qualified educators with students from diverse backgrounds. As a tutor or teacher, you will have the flexibility to choose the subjects you want to teach and work directly with students through virtual sessions. Key Responsibilities:

Provide personalized 1:1 or group instruction to students of all ages.
Make learning engaging, fun, and interactive, responding to student needs and questions.
Adjust teaching methods to suit different learning styles and levels.
Build positive relationships with students, helping them reach their academic goals.

Job Requirements:

Previous tutoring or teaching experience is highly preferred.
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
Ability to make learning enjoyable and adaptable, ensuring each session is tailored to the student's unique needs.
Ability to pass a background check if required.
Must be comfortable with virtual teaching tools and environments.
