Let the competitions begin at Dolly Parton's Stampede Dinner and Show! We're seeking friendly, fast-paced individuals to join us in the barn.

This is an entry-level position paying $13 per hour.

FT and PT positions available.

Seeking 1st shift help. Hours can vary, but they are typically 7:30 am to 3:30 pm.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

• Capable and comfortable working with and around animals of all sizes.
• Monitor physical fitness and health of barn animals, report accordingly to management.
• Care for barn animals by providing feed, fresh water, and clean spaces.
• Perform daily inspection of animals for soundness and or appearance.
• Communicate with performers accordingly when it pertains to barn animals.
• The stable hand position may require cross-training in other areas of the production department.

Qualification Requirements:

• At least 18 years of age.
• Education requirements include a high school diploma / GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Physical Demands:

• Continuous standing & walking on level ground as well as up and down steps/ladders.
• Frequent bending, stooping, twisting, and balancing.
• Frequent lifting, carrying, pulling, and pushing of barn equipment/tools.
• Occasional operation of a tractor.
