Summary Description
This role will be responsible for helping to support and grow the total O’Keeffe’s Hardworking Skincare brand. Sitting within the digital team on O’Keeffe’s, this role will be an integral partner in spearheading DTC initiatives, CRM platform management & strategy along with supporting digital media plans and measurement. This role can see the big picture, deliver creative marketing and media solutions at scale, skillfully deliver guidance, and oversee strategic media planning and execution of our programs.
The successful candidate will report to the Senior Director of Creative and Digital for O'Keeffe's and develop, measure, and optimize digital campaigns that align with the brand objectives in North America.
Key responsibilities include:
Website Management:
- Manage daily website optimizations while supporting product launches and brand initiatives.
- Oversee all implementation aspects of a DTC solution on the brand website and coordinate with other company departments as necessary.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create measurement plans that analyze Google Analytics, customer shopping data, and media insights.
- Provide monthly reports to management on website performance and insights.
- Identify and conduct test-and-learn activities to enhance website optimizations.
- Analyze Google Analytics and first-party data to discover shopping patterns, consumer insights, website optimizations, etc.
- Oversee all aspects of implementation of a DTC solution on the brand website and coordinate as needed with other company departments
- Work with internal teams on measurement plans that analyze Google Analytics, customer shopping data, and media insights
- Deliver monthly reporting to management on website performance and insights
- Identify and execute test-n-learns to make website optimizations
- Dig into Google Analytics and first-party data to uncover shopping patterns, consumer insights, website optimizations, etc.
CRM:
- Implement O’Keeffe’s first CRM system, Klaviyo.
- Develop an email marketing content strategy and calendar.
- Collaborate with the internal creative team to design and deploy all newsletters.
- Utilize emerging first-party data to gain insights and turn consumer data into actionable strategies.
- Continuously optimize content and marketing automation flows.
- Build and maintain the overall email database.
Media:
- Collaborate with the brand team to effectively oversee and manage brand media plans alongside the media agency.
- Oversee media budgets and spending allocations.
- Collaborate with the brand to manage vendor relationships; negotiate terms and onboard new partners with comprehensive launch plans. Foster strong relationships with key media partners and vendors to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Serve as the brand's internal digital media subject matter expert, as well as a critical partner to external media agencies and vendors. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive products to ensure the company's digital strategies remain competitive.
- Partner with both internal creative teams and external agencies to curate campaign- and platform-specific advertising and content.
- Develop and implement metrics, including competitor benchmarking, to track campaign performance, evaluate results, and identify areas for improvement.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders, providing concise updates on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations.
- Collaborate with the internal Amazon team.

Qualifications
What you bring to the table:
- Over 7 years of progressive integrated marketing and media experience across leading digital media platforms, advertising, and content.
- More than 7 years of marketing expertise—leading the development and execution of digital marketing programs and media plans.
- Hands-on experience and deep knowledge in managing marketing programs across digital channels (display, search, email, social, mobile).
- Experience with retail media networks, driving strategy, execution, measurement, and analytics.
- eCommerce and performance marketing mindset—understanding how to leverage marketing tactics to target shoppers throughout the funnel to drive conversions.
- Strong understanding of data and analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to own and improve marketing and business KPIs.
- Proven ability to work across various areas of the eCommerce business with versatility and flexibility.
- Highly motivated self-starter with curiosity, demonstrating problem-solving aptitude and the ability to learn and add value quickly.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Capability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple groups in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, including strong oral and presentation abilities to communicate and interact at all levels.

- Deep understanding of end-to-end media processes, along with the necessary tools to identify and target relevant audiences efficiently.
- Experience leading the development and execution of digital marketing programs and media plans
- Hands-on experience and deep working knowledge leading marketing programs across digital channels (display, search, email, social, mobile)
