Title: Special Education Teacher (SPED)

Niles, IL

Pay Rate: $45- $53 / hour

As a K-12 school-based Special Education Teacher in Illinois, your days will include

• Developing and implementing individualized Education Programs (IEP) for students
• Conducting and interpreting standardized testing to assess students’ progress
• Providing speech and behavioral therapy as needed

Job Details

Position: Contract Special Education Teacher in a school setting

Hours: Full-time (Monday - Friday, School Hours)

Caseload: Elementary, Middle, and High School options

Successful Candidates Possess

• A Bachelors or Masters degree in Special Education (required)
• An active or pending IL licensure, or the ability to obtain (preferred)
• Experience in a pediatric or school setting (preferred)
• The ability to work in the U.S. without a sponsor
