About the Position:

This is a full time position with See.Spark.Go. The primary function is to support clients by leading SEO strategy and execution for clients that engage in Digital Strategy service offerings: Google Ads Platform, paid social media, media buying and emerging platform strategies. The SEO Specialist role will need to have a solid understanding of Google Business Profile optimization, citation building and management, search console integration, light web development and backend support as well as expertise in PPC campaigns. The ideal candidate would have experience in Google Analytics, keyword tracking and PPC campaign creation and optimization within an Agency setting. 

This is a full time position based in Athens, GA at our Corporate Office. This role is hybrid, with the expectation of at least three days per week in the office.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Create, monitor, and optimize paid search campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Local SEO planning
  • Full website audit
  • Citation building and management
  • Google Analytics integration
  • Keyword tracking, PPC campaign creation and optimization
  • Assist in leading clients
  • Execute on campaigns
  • Collaborate on client strategy
  • Support Client Teams with insights, analytics, and reporting for client communications
  • Stay on top of algorithm changes, trends and platform features to develop forward thinking strategies

Skills + Experience:

  • Proficient in Google Analytics and Google Search Console
  • Experience with various SEO software 
  • Experience building Facebook & Google ads
  • Experience with MailChimp and maintaining customer databases is a plus 
  • Experience with PPC, b2b and ticketed events is important
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Self-starter, with an ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong follow through
  • Strong marketing project management skills in terms of timely planning, executing, and reporting on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent computer skills in a Mac OS environment, combined with strong proficiency in programs like Excel and Sheets

Desired Qualifications: 

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, PR, Digital Media, Advertising, or related degree
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in SEO
  • Specialized training, proficiencies, or certifications in platforms such as Google Analytics, AdWords, Facebook Business Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, etc is desired
