Akkodis is seeking a Senior React Java FSE for a Contract job with a client in Portsmouth, NH. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives and ensuring high-quality code through mentoring and guidance.
Rate Range: $65/hour to $70/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Senior React Java FSE job responsibilities include:
Designing and implementing scalable and reliable architecture solutions using Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, React, and AWS services (S3, SNS, SQS, Lambda, Apigateway).
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Providing technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and high-quality code.
Developing and maintaining clear and consistent architectural documentation across projects.
Conducting performance tuning and optimization to ensure high availability and reliability of applications.
Implementing security best practices and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Evaluating and recommending new technologies to enhance development processes and system performance.
Collaborating with stakeholders to define and prioritize project deliverables for timely and successful completion.
Monitoring and managing cloud infrastructure to ensure cost-effectiveness and scalability.
Providing regular updates and reports on project status, risks, and opportunities.
Contributing to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
Desired Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
14+ years of experience in software development with a focus on Java, Spring Boot, and React technologies.
Strong experience with cloud-native architecture, specifically with AWS services such as Lambda, S3, SNS, SQS, and Apigateway.
Expertise in both relational and NoSQL databases, including MongoDB Atlas and its associated tools (indexes, aggregate pipelines).
