What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements for software and systems
Facilitate user acceptance testing and ensure adherence to requirements

What is Required (Qualifications):

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or 4 additional years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in business analysis or systems analysis
High-level knowledge of business products and services, advanced Microsoft Office skills, and SQL query proficiency
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and provide exceptional customer service
