Title: Salesforce Developer

Location: Hybrid / Downtown Miami

Contract to Hire

Salary: $110,000 - $140,000/year + Bonus + Benefits

Overview

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development and implementation. The Salesforce Developer will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing solutions to optimize Salesforce functionality and meet business requirements.
  • You’ll be closely working with Business & Systems Analysts, MuleSoft developers, and other Technology & Marketing groups on a daily basis. You will be a part of technical design sessions to develop & integrate technical solutions to the best leverage Salesforce.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
  • Develop and maintain Salesforce integration with other systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Create workflows, triggers, and page layouts to meet business requirements.
  • Customize Salesforce applications, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
  • Perform data migrations, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
  • Manage large datasets and optimize data architecture for performance
  • Partner with stakeholders, business analysts, and project managers to understand business requirements.
  • Translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
  • Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and system integration testing.
  • Ensure deliverables meet established quality standards
  • Maintain detailed technical documentation for custom development and integrations.
  • Identify and address performance bottlenecks.
  • Implement Salesforce development best practices and ensure scalability of solutions.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
  • Solid experience with Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, JavaScript, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce data model and security principles.
  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and middleware for system integrations.
  • Experience with DevOps tools like Git, Jenkins, or Copado.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD processes for Salesforce development.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
