Job Description :

We are seeking a polished and dynamic Sales Associate to represent our exclusive jewelry shop located within the luxurious Hotel Opal Grand, Florida. This role is ideal for a well-presented, personable woman with exceptional sales skills and the ability to confidently present and sell high-end jewelry to discerning clients.

Key Responsibilities :

• Present jewelry to clients in an engaging and professional manner, highlighting the quality, craftsmanship, and unique features of each piece.
• Build rapport with customers to understand their preferences and needs.
• Provide expert advice on selecting the perfect pieces for various occasions.
• Maintain an attractive and well-organized jewelry display, ensuring all pieces are beautifully showcased.
• Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions, offering product details and recommendations.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets through effective selling techniques.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring clients feel valued and appreciated.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional and polished appearance at all times.

Qualifications :

• Prior experience in retail or luxury sales, preferably in jewelry.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present and sell effectively.
• A passion for luxury products and a natural ability to build customer relationships.
• Well-presented with a focus on personal grooming and appearance.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Availability to work 5 hours a day.

Compensation :

• Hourly rate: $15 - $20, depending on experience.
• Commission on sales, allowing for potential earnings beyond the base pay.
