Our client, a Luxury Brand is seeking a Client Advisor to join their team in Miami, Florida!
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Greet customers as they enter the store and genuinely engage with them.
· Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
· Provide accurate and detailed information about the brand and products.
· Meet or exceed sales goals and targets set by the Store Manager
· Collaborate with team members to achieve overall store objectives.
· Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
Qualifications and Skills
· A minimum of 2 years of experience in consultation and sales of luxury brands.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to build rapport with customers and provide exceptional service.
· Knowledge of products, brands, and industry trends is a plus.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
· Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
