Job Description
We’re hiring confident, self-motivated professionals to serve as Rover Vehicle-Based Security Patrol Officers for our residential community. This role requires individuals who take ownership of their work, make sound decisions under pressure, and act as visible leaders even when working independently.
You'll be responsible for patrolling the property using a company-provided vehicle, responding to incidents, supporting residents and visitors, and serving as a trusted presence across the community. Officers are expected to lead with integrity, professionalism, and an unwavering commitment to safety.
Key ResponsibilitiesPatrol community grounds regularly from a designated security vehicle
Identify and report suspicious activity or potential safety threats
Respond to alarms, emergencies, and incidents promptly and professionally
Assist residents and visitors while maintaining strong situational awareness
Maintain detailed, accurate daily reports and logs
Represent OPS Security Group’s values through leadership, discretion, and accountability
What You BringA valid driver’s license
Meets all state-mandated security guard requirements
Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and training
Excellent observational and communication skills
Strong decision-making ability and calm under pressure
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
High school diploma or GED
Prior security or military experience is a plus
Customer service background is appreciated
Compensation & BenefitsHourly rate : $19.00–$20.00
Flexible scheduling : Evening and overnight shifts available

Officers work in teams per shift, though the role requires strong individual accountability
Duties include deterrence, response, and high-end service delivery
