Requirements | 2 years of relevant experience + the ability to pass a typing test


Monday - Friday | 8:20 AM - 5 PM


Pay Range | $11.50 - $13 per hour (depending on experience)


Receptionist Tasks: Provide administrative assistance to a team of attorneys, file, photocopy, and scan documents, schedule appointments/meetings, answer phones or switchboards, direct inquiries to the appropriate staff, prepare legal documents, maintain confidentiality, and handle sensitive information with the utmost professionalism. Other duties include collaborating with other staff members to ensure efficient workflow and client satisfaction.
