A San Francisco-based real estate private equity firm is seeking an Analyst to join its Portfolio Management & Investor Relations team. The firm focuses on real estate investments across major West Coast markets and manages a diverse portfolio of assets across multiple property types. This is a unique opportunity to join a lean, entrepreneurial team and gain exposure to asset management, fund performance reporting, investor communications, and capital raising strategy. Key Responsibilities: Support the preparation of quarterly investor reports, fund performance updates, and asset-level reporting Maintain and update fund models, investor databases, and internal reporting tools Collaborate with the acquisitions and asset management teams to synthesize asset-level performance into portfolio-level insights Assist in responding to investor inquiries and due diligence requests Contribute to the preparation of investor presentation materials and fundraising documents Participate in tracking and analyzing portfolio performance metrics and market trends Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field 1–2 years of relevant / direct experience in real estate investment, portfolio management, or investor relations Strong financial modeling, analytical, and quantitative skills Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with real estate reporting systems is a plus Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment Why Join?
