As a Quality Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of quality across products and processes in plastics injection molding. Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain quality standards to meet industry and customer expectations.
• Analyze production workflows to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements.
• Oversee testing, inspection, and validation processes for raw materials and finished products.
• Strengthen the QMS by auditing and identifying gaps.
• Investigate and resolve quality issues with corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate with design, production, and supply chain teams to integrate quality into every stage of the product lifecycle.
• Create detailed reports, analyze quality metrics, and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience with plastic injection molding.
• 3 years of experience in quality engineering or similar role.
• Engineering degree preferred but will consider non-degreed applicants with strong background.
• CQE or CQA are a big benefit
• Ability to use different devices to measure products.
• Knowledge and experience with launching products and the documentation required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
