We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented individual to support our IT acquisition processes. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in assisting with the acquisition of technology products and services, from managing vendor contracts to purchasing logistics. You will work closely with the IT department and other teams to ensure the officiant procurement of hardware, software and services that meet the organizations needs.
This position offers the option of a hybrid work schedule, with three days working in the office and two days working remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the procurement of IT equipment, software and services, ensuring all purchases align with organizational needs and budgets.
Manage and maintain accurate records of all IT acquisitions, including orders, invoices and vendor contracts.
Track and monitor the status of orders, shipments, and deliveries to ensure timely fulfillment.
Assist with the management of IT asset inventory, ensuring accurate tracking of hardware and software assets.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing orders and tracking acquisitions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with vendors and internal teams.
