Lucas James Talent Partners has a client hiring for a Promotional Project Coordinator position.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Promotional Project Coordinator with direct experience in the promotional products industry to manage branded merchandise projects from start to finish. This role requires strong vendor negotiation skills, deep knowledge of product decoration methods, and experience handling promotional product logistics . The ideal candidate has worked with suppliers, and fulfillment partners within the promotional products industry and is comfortable managing high-volume client accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage promotional product projects from sourcing and customization to fulfillment and delivery.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients, vendors, decorators, and internal teams , ensuring smooth execution of branded merchandise programs.
• Source, price, and recommend promotional products that align with client branding and marketing goals.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers , managing product costs, inventory, and shipping logistics.
• Develop and present detailed costing workbooks and proposals to clients.
• Utilize industry-specific software (e.g., SAGE, ASI, PromoStandards, Antera, Monday.com ) for CRM, inventory tracking, and project management .
• Maintain and organize product samples for showroom display and client demonstrations.
• Oversee the setup and management of client e-commerce stores and online company stores for promotional products.
• Manage contracts, vendor relationships, and logistics for trade shows, corporate gifting programs, and branded merchandise campaigns .
• Attend industry trade shows and supplier meetings (PPAI, ASI) to stay informed on the latest promotional products and decoration methods.

Required Qualifications:

✅ 2+ years of direct experience in the promotional products industry (branded merchandise, corporate gifting, custom packaging, or product sourcing).

✅ Strong knowledge of decoration methods , including screen printing, embroidery, heat transfer, digital printing, and laser engraving .

✅ Experience working with promotional product suppliers, decorators, and fulfillment partners .

✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint), CRM tools, and project management platforms .

✅ Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills , with experience in client-facing roles .

Preferred Qualifications:

🔹 Experience with e-commerce platforms for company stores and promotional product ordering .

🔹 Familiarity with PromoStandards, SAGE, ASI, Antera, or similar industry-specific software .

🔹 Background in trade show marketing, branded merchandise fulfillment, or corporate gifting programs .
