Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing budgets, timelines, subcontractors, and client expectations while ensuring quality standards and safety protocols are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and oversee all aspects of construction projects from pre-construction to closeout.
  • Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and onsite personnel.
  • Monitor project progress, identifying and resolving issues as they arise.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards.
  • Manage procurement of materials and negotiate contracts.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to design specifications.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present regular project reports, cost forecasts, and status updates.
  • Ensure timely completion of projects within scope and budget.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in construction project management.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Primavera).
  • PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
  • OSHA certification preferred
