Job Description

Searching for an experienced Project Manager with 5+ years of federal government project experience to join their growing team. If you have a track record of managing projects in the $5M–$50M+ range and want to work in a supportive, well-structured environment, this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee federal construction projects from start to finish.
• Ensure budgets, schedules, and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate with owners, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Visit job sites as needed—typically once a week or every two weeks if things are running smoothly.
• Work primarily from our Federal Way office with travel only as necessary.

What You Need:

• 5+ years of federal construction project management experience.
• Experience managing projects in the $5M–$50M+ range .
• Strong understanding of federal contracts and compliance .
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while keeping projects on track.
