Project Coordinator

 

We are a leading national sign company that designs, builds and installs exterior signs and sign programs for national retailers and commercial retail developers, coast to coast. We have just celebrated our Twenty-Five Year Anniversary of retail branding excellence in the built environment. Our current plans include opportunities for experienced project coordinators and managers to join our growing firm. Our project coordinators and managers are respected and valued team members with full support needed to begin and complete their assigned projects. This is not an entry level position and requires a minimum of three-years related work experience. Key elements and experience required include the following.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collect new vendor paperwork and make sure we have all paperwork and insurance per requirements needed Includes requesting and renewing all vendor insurance documentation for projects
  • Use software: QuickBooks, QuickBase, Outlook and Excel
  • Set up accounts in billing systems: oracle, Textura, etc.
  • Process & enter subcontractor/vendor Invoices.
  • Handles sign service calls
  • Creates Purchase Orders for Project Mangers (initial PO only)
  • Obtain quotes from Vendors
  • Requests Code Research and completes Code for PM
  • Handles any “adds” to existing project after a job is complete
  • Submits Inventory orders (for Signs, LEDs, etc.)
  • Ordering temp signage material from online vendor
  • Completes Job closings

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  •  Minimum of three-years of project delivery
  •  Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  •  Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook
  •  Minimum of a two-year degree, or equal
  •  Some design ability is a big plus
  •  Desire for a career, not a job
