JOB TITLE: Business Coordinator / Project Coordinator

EMPLOYMENT TYPE/DURATION: . 6 months

COMPENSATION: Pay rate 26-28/hr

LOCATION DETAILS: Burbank CA ,In office Monday-Thursday/remote Friday

Job Summary:

Qualifications

• Responsibility is to be compliant with the Company Policies and Procedures, including but not limited to Accounts Payable (AP) policies, such as, purchase order (PO) exceptions, after the fact POs, vendor maintenance, and troubleshooting AP related issues.
• Achieving efficient and effective corporate reporting through targeted invoice processing

through SAP actuals and ensuring accuracy of data

• Handling vendor maintenance and addressing accounts payable requests, including check re-issuances and payment related issues.
• Assist in running SAP reports for accurate budget tracking.
• Assist with monthly and quarterly close. Assist with managing tracke
• 1-2 years of financial experience; related internship experience is acceptable
• Working knowledge of MS Outlook, MS Excel, GoogleDocs
• Preferred Qualifications--• SAP, Workday experience
• Required Education Bachelor Finance, Accounting or related knowledge
