Classroom and Online Management:

Foster a positive, Christ-centered learning environment both in-person and remotely.

Establish clear expectations for behavior, assignments, and deadlines to promote student accountability.

Utilize learning management systems and other digital platforms for effective communication and classroom management.

Professional Development and Team Collaboration:

Participate in team meetings, professional development sessions, and collaborative planning efforts to continually enhance instructional strategies.

Work closely with colleagues to share ideas, resources, and best practices for hybrid learning success.

Spiritual & Community Expectations:

Maintain a strong personal faith in Jesus Christ and uphold biblical integrity in all aspects of teaching and mentorship.

Be an active member of a local church and support the mission and values of a faith-based educational community.

Demonstrate a passion for fostering meaningful relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to encourage spiritual and academic growth.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Education (minimum requirement).

ACSI Certification required.

Experience:

Minimum of 2-3 years of teaching experience, preferably in a hybrid, online, or blended learning environment.

Experience in Christian education is strongly preferred.

Familiarity with hybrid or remote learning technologies and platforms.

Technical & Computer Skills:
