The Role: Production Associate

This role is designed for individuals who thrive in sales-driven, client-focused environments. As a Production Associate, you will work closely with our head of sales to service an existing book of business and new accounts by developing strong client relationships, and guiding borrowers through the financing process.

This is an in-office, phone-based sales role with a primary focus on business development, customer service and lead generation . At Trius, we believe in promoting from within , providing significant opportunities for career growth and upward mobility .

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Generate new business by identifying, sourcing, and engaging real estate investors and developers.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects, actively soliciting new lending opportunities.
  • Educate clients on our private lending solutions, structuring financing to meet their investment goals.
  • Manage client relationships to ensure long-term success and repeat business.
  • Attend networking events and industry functions to expand business development opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal teams to facilitate accurate and timely loan closings.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets while contributing to the company’s overall growth.

  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with strong follow-up and organizational skills.
  • Entry-level candidates welcome! Prior experience in sales, customer service, or finance is a plus.
  • A passion for real estate and lending is a must!
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset; Excel proficiency preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
