About this Position

The Product Operations Intern will support the Product Management team in optimizing keyprocesses, enhancing data-driven decision-making, and building tools to streamline workflowsacross our product and engineering teams, with a heavy focus on AI. This is a hands-on roledesigned for students who are passionate about software and its potential to transformhealthcare. Youll dive into technical challenges and play an important role in helping Prosciadeliver life-changing technology faster.

What Youll Do

Working at a startup like Proscia means wearing many hats, but as a Product Operations Intern,you can expect to focus on the following:

  • Build and manage scripts, tools, and dashboards to automate workflows and simplifyreporting processes.
  • Develop internal tooling using LLMs (ChatGPT, Llama, etc.) to optimize internalprocesses and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to collect, analyze, and interpret userand system data to uncover actionable insights.
  • Integrate and work with APIs to gather, clean, and process critical data for internal use,including internal ML model training
  • Assist in establishing and maintaining metrics and analytics programs to measureproduct performance and user behavior.
  • Interpret data and develop presentations to executives and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Contribute to technical documentation efforts to ensure clarity and consistency acrossteams and products.
  • Shadow customer engagements to gain a deeper understanding of user pain points andchallenges, ensuring our solutions meet their needs.

  • Enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program in engineering, computer science,data science, or a related field.
  • Strong technical curiosity and fluency with LLMs and off the shelf AI tools, includingplatforms like ChatGPT.
  • Experience with machine learning concepts and frameworks.
  • Proficiency in Python, with experience in data processing, analysis, and visualization.
  • Hands-on experience working with APIs to retrieve, clean, and process data, with afocus on supporting analytics and ML workflows.
  • Passion for software development and an ability to translate complex user needs intoactionable solutions.
  • A proactive mindset focused on understanding user behavior and leveraging data tomake informed decisions.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with product analytics and observability tools like Pendo, Datadog, orGoogle Analytics, and experience building data pipelines and dashboards
