What your days might look like

We're on the lookout for a standout Product Delivery Lead to complement our existing team and fulfil our product strategy. This role will see you join a progressive company at the forefront of HR, Payroll, Recruitment, Onboarding, Benefits, Employee Engagement & Performance technologies, with the opportunity to grow and develop with us. You will be an integral part of our Product team consisting of Designers, Engineers and Product experts to deliver our product strategy that is aligned to our company vision.

As a Product Delivery Lead, you'll be:

Product Strategy & Execution

• Owning and driving the successful execution of the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
• Leading multiple product squads to ensure high-quality, timely delivery of features and improvements.
• Proactively identifying and mitigating risks while keeping stakeholders informed and aligned.
• Championing a culture of continuous improvement and customer-centricity within the product team.

Leadership & Collaboration

• Providing leadership, guidance, and support to Product Owners, fostering a high-performing team environment.
• Acting as the bridge between leadership, product teams and business units to translate strategic goals into actionable plans.
• Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to optimize product launches and adoption.
• Partnering with Engineering and Design to ensure scalable and user-friendly solutions.

Communication & Stakeholder Management

• Effectively communicating product strategies, priorities, and progress to stakeholders.
• Translating complex technical and business challenges into clear, actionable insights.
• Be able to host, conduct and articulate presentations to the whole organisation, including C-level execs, as well as corporate partners and external customers.

What you will bring

• Undergraduate qualifications (Business Systems, IT or Engineering disciplines preferred).
• 4+ years of experience in a product leadership role (Product Owner, Product Manager or equivalent).
• Proven track record of leading product delivery in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to balance short-term goals with long-term vision.
• Experience leading and mentoring cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A data-driven approach with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Able to write well-defined specifications to clearly communicate expected product outcomes.
• Proven success working with design and development teams using agile/scrum methodology.
• Able to challenge expectations and question the status quo on a day-to-day basis.
• Hungry, creative, enthusiastic, and data-driven with a diverse skill set to thrive in an environment of fast growth and ambiguity.
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
• Possess excellent decision making and problem-solving skills.
• Passionate about data, design systems and product management.
