Role Responsibilities: - Create a welcoming, engaging classroom space for young children to learn, play and grow.
- Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum®, working with Infants, Toddlers, and/or Preschool children in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child.
- Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
- Communicate regularly with parents, sharing their children's latest adventures and achievements through a variety of avenues, including mobile apps and personal discussions about child care needs.
As a Teacher, you will: - Partner with other teachers to implement our proprietary curriculum and have the unique opportunity to use our engaging characters to make TLE a fun place for children to learn, play, and grow.
- Maintain quality compliance and health and safety standards throughout the classrooms and programs.
- Collaborate with your peers to create a great working environment and a welcoming and engaging space for children.
- Communicate with parents and families, sharing their child's latest adventures and achievements through various avenues, including mobile apps and personal discussions.
Qualifications: - 6 months of childcare/daycare experience preferred
- High School Diploma/GED required.
- Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices
- CPR and First Aid Certification preferred.
- Must meet state specific guidelines for the role.
Compensation: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
