*Job Responsibilities:*
* Develop customized orthodontic treatment plans using braces, aligners, and other orthodontic appliances
* Evaluate and monitor patient progress throughout treatment
* Work collaboratively with referring dentists and pediatric dentists to ensure continuity of care
* Educate patients and parents on oral health, proper appliance care, and post-treatment maintenance
* Maintain accurate and thorough patient records and documentation
* Stay updated on the latest advancements in orthodontic treatment and technology

*Requirements:*
* DMD/DDS degree from an accredited dental school
* Completion of an accredited orthodontic residency program
* Board eligibility or certification (preferred)
* Active state dental license or ability to obtain one in Oregon
* Strong clinical and communication skills
* Passion for patient-centered care and excellent treatment outcomes
