About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the facilities and utilities operations of our large-scale production site, covering over 30,000 square meters of indoor space and more than 150,000 square meters of total property.  The ideal candidate will be the point of reference for all aspects related to facilities and utilities, ensuring smooth operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting, while managing a team of skilled technicians. 

Main Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for all facilities and utilities related matters
• Oversee maintenance of facilities, including walls, floors, ceilings, outdoor built and concrete areas, and sewage systems
• Manage utilities systems such as boilers, HVACs, fire protection systems, water treatment systems, compressors, compressed air systems, vacuum pumps, and more
• Supervise and lead a team of 8-10 operating engineers, ensuring efficiency and motivation
• Perform continuous site walkthroughs to monitor and address issues promptly across the facility
• Troubleshoot and solve problems effectively, taking ownership from identification to resolution
• Handle escalations that require broader resources or external support
• Communicate and report technical updates clearly and precisely to the broader technical team
• Develop and implement structured maintenance plans, ensuring long-term reliability
• Follow up rigorously on all outstanding issues until resolution

Who we are looking for:

• Proactive, go-getter mindset, with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership
• In-depth knowledge of facilities (infrastructure, external, and internal structures) and utilities (mechanical and operational systems)
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a technical team 
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Structured and detail oriented, with strong reporting and follow-up skills
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, fostering collaboration across departments
• Ability to work on-site, walking extensively to cover the large facility 

Compensation Data

The base salary range for this position is $63,000 - $79,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This range represents the anticipated salary for this position at this time. 

In addition to base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other benefits.
