Key Responsibilities:

• Print documents using a MICR printer to maintain security and accuracy.
• Package printed documents into envelopes for mailing.
• Affix the appropriate shipping labels for USPS or FedEx delivery.
• Drop off outgoing mail at the nearest USPS or FedEx location.
• Maintain records of shipments and ensure compliance with mailing procedures.

Requirements:

• Must have access to a MICR printer for secure check/document printing.
• Ability to handle high volumes of printing and mailing efficiently.
• Basic computer skills for document processing and label printing.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Reliable access to USPS and FedEx drop-off locations.
